Art Institute Online

So Im going to school.I attend this school Art Institute of Pittsburgh Online Division. I have read many reviews of this place both positive and negative. And since I started they opened up a branch here in Raleigh with the help of NC state colleges.
So anyway this is my second six week stint and my first actual art class. Im taking perspectives and am almost finished with the class. i had a terrific instructor/professor. Sandra Rothfork, she was extremely involved very professional.She used the class live links every week before a unit to lecture about what we would be covering that week and demonstrate the techniques we would be learning to use. She was supportive and professional and one of the best professors i have probably ever had. She didn't blow smoke. Asked for my best work and still is. I don't want to disappoint whatsoever! i had always heard that this class was hard. i would have to say it was not simply throw stuff on paper and get an A...but art school shouldn't be that easy..if it was it would be called art summer camp. I am not doing too badly i guess and i think Ill throw a few basic things up that I drew whilew in her class. We are working on our final project now. Doing artists statements, drawing thumbnail;s and really going at it in a pro way. I hope what I do for my final is worth it, I am really wanting to show Ms Rothfork that she taught me a great deal.
I have to tell you all a bit about online schooling.A lot of what you learn comes in talking ,typing,interacting , critiquing your fellow student. and getting that in return. You must depend on a Socratic method of speaking and understanding and I really think its more real world than the experience I have had in ground school learning. Its a lot of work in a short time and if you arent sure of yourself and cant discipline yourself you will fail.It is not for the feint of heart and i challenge anyone who says its easy. i will post a few studies in perspectives now and goback to sweating my final. Have a great one

Day After Tests

So..those tests the other day were probably the easiest things i have ever done...why the heck was i so stressed about it?
So..school starts on the 8th and i'm mostly ready..'cept I have to take a class over ugh...and in the mean time here are a few things i have done lately

Well..test day is here...reading and social studies..an hour apiece..will i pass?..i hope so..SINCE I AM ALREADY IN COLLEGE!..Georgia sucks for losing my records..i had a diploma and worked hard..now i will have a GED..which is not to say it isn't worth anything...it just isn't the same thats all

School

So I stated going back for my BS...and now I'm screwed 'cause they cant find any of my High School transcripts so...I have to TAKE THE GED!..OMG WTF!
So..I'm on hold till the beginning of May..and I have to tell you I'm not feeling patient.Guess Ill just pop in the CS2 tutorials and learn on my own for a bit!..
